1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident about Curriculum Compass. If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Free Trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your subscription from your account settings before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll keep access until then.

4. Exceptions

We may grant refunds outside the 14-day window in cases of:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Significant service outages affecting your subscription period.
  • Other circumstances required by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the support page with:

  • The email address on your account.
  • The date of the charge.
  • A short note about the reason (optional, but helps us improve).

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
